This is the Suraj CNC Axle Turning and Burnishing Lathe, Model ATBL—a sturdy machine designed for precision machining of railway axles. Powered by a main motor with a capacity of 11 KW, it provides cutting speeds from 50 to 400 m/min. CNC control ensures adequate and accurate changes of axle diameters. Other features, such as burnishing roller adjustment and HMI pressure control, further enhance effectiveness. It is ideal for wheel sets of coaches, wagons, locomotives, and multiple units.
