Rotary Tables

Sahil Machines' rotary tables feature outstanding positioning precision of 5/2.5/1 arc sec., with no slip-stick during table positioning. The table comprises a bed, slide, and rotary clamping plate, with the slide allowing movement in the X-axis. The clamping plate is mounted on a cross roller bearing to ensure high load capacity with minimal passive resistance. Hydraulically clamping at four points prevents rotation during the working process, ensuring precision in workpieces. Additionally, a rotary encoder in the center of the table enables precise control. The rotary table operates as a continuous 4th axis as standard.

Pallete Changer

The Sahil Machines automatic pallet changer (APC) optimizes machining operations by minimizing unproductive downtime. With the ability to conduct machining on one pallet while preparing others for subsequent tasks such as table cleaning and workpiece setup, productivity is maximized. Featuring a pallet clamping system at zero point, Sahil Machines integrates built-in modules for securing devices onto the table. The system supports an unlimited number of removable pallets, facilitating seamless workflow transitions. In the mechanism, a pin is securely held in place by two pistons, which are powered by eight springs for reliable clamping force. Pneumatic release mechanisms ensure efficient operation of the pistons, allowing swift pallet changes for uninterrupted machining processes.
